3k v Terms & Conditions – Membership, Betting & Payment Policy

1. General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the 3k v platform (www.3kv.app) and its associated mobile applications. 3k v is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a license issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

By opening an account, using the platform, or making any transaction on 3k v, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3k v reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 3k v, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

After registration, 3k v may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3k v currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

Please note — it is recommended that your withdrawal method match your deposit method. Any winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. 3k v does not impose any additional charges on transactions; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees.

4. Betting Rules & Conditions

When placing bets on 3k v, the following rules apply:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless 3k v decides otherwise.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data provider fault, 3k v reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, bet outcomes will be settled in accordance with 3k v's own rules.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple accounts at different odds on the same match to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20. The maximum bet depends on the member's tier and the specific market.

Each casino game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

3k v regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. A minimum wagering requirement of 8x must be met within 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Awarded based on net losses from the previous week. Cashback is directly withdrawable.
• Referral Bonus: Earn a 10–20% bonus on your friend's first deposit, provided they place at least one bet.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• 3k v reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

3k v may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

What happens to your balance upon account suspension depends on the reason for the suspension. If the suspension is for a legitimate reason, the balance will be returned after verification. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed and any remaining balance refunded within 7 business days of the request.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

3k v treats the protection of members' personal data as its highest priority. Any information you provide will be used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance.

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Payment information is secured with SSL encryption.
• 3k v is legally obligated to share information in response to valid requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

3k v is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

3k v strives to keep the platform running at all times, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. 3k v is not responsible for any losses incurred during such periods.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact 3k v's customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

If your issue is not resolved through support, you have the right to file a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. All disputes under these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

Funds related to an ongoing dispute will be held until a final decision is reached, at which point any applicable amount will be released.

10. Amendments & Effective Date

3k v may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.

The first time you log in after a change takes effect, a popup will appear asking you to accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may request account closure and any remaining balance will be refunded.
